loving life

This week has been awesome. Thanks to everyone that helped us out this week with food and babysitting and everything else. We love having such great family and friends in our lives. I really like having our two girls, the transition has been good. Ocean is so much fun and she makes us laugh everyday. It is funny how big she looked when we brought the baby home. She is definatley my toddler now and not my baby anymore. Denali is a sweetheart. Last night we hung out with Ema and Nate and Ema held Denali through the whole movie we watched. It was fun to watch Ema with her, she thought everything Denali did was cute and amazing (even when she spit up on her twice). Curtis and I feel so lucky to have our girls in our lives. Denali had jaundice so we had to bring home some "tanning lights" that she hated to be under. We also had to take her back to the hospital everyday to get her blood drawn. Anyone who has done this with their baby knows what a pain it is. Luckily she just had to do this for a couple of days.

This is the first time that Ocean has actually wanted to hold the baby. When we had asked her before she always says no thanks.
Every night Ocean gets a milk bottle that she calls her Bobby. While I was in the hospital my mom was watching Ocean and mom asked Ocean if she was ready for bed. Ocean said no and mom asked her what time it was. Ocean said "it's Bobby time". So now when we ask her what time it is at night she says Bobby time.
